Unified Communications (UC), Moderator, & Cloud Network Operations Support J&A

The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services Office of Information Technology is seeking a one-year contract for severable services to support its current and future cloud infrastructure, network, and Unified Communications and Cloud systems. The scope of work includes the maintenance and support of data center locations, equipment, Virtual Private Network systems, and overall networking and security infrastructure. The selected contractor is responsible for providing all necessary labor, expertise, personnel, and transportation to ensure the continuous operation of these critical systems. This requirement is being pursued as a sole-source follow-on order under the 8(a) STARS III IDIQ, specifically designated for Third Packet Technologies LLC. The justification for bypassing fair opportunity is based on the incumbent's unique capabilities and the necessity of avoiding significant service disruptions to critical VPN migrations and return-to-office initiatives.
