THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT A MARKET SURVEY FOR WRITTEN INFORMATION ONLY. THIS IS NOT
A SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT FOR PROPOSALS AND NO CONTRACT WILL BE AWARDED FROM THIS
ANNOUNCEMENT. NO REIMBURSEMENT WILL BE MADE FOR ANY COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH PROVIDING
INFORMATION IN RESPONSE TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT OR ANY FOLLOW-UP INFORMATION REQUESTS.
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Philadelphia District, intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery
Contract (IDC) for clothing (textiles) and screen printing services to meet the textile requirements of USACE
Philadelphia (NAP) District in accordance with the attached specifications. This solicitation will be prepared in
accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR)  Part 15, and Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with
additional information included in this notice. This IDC will have an ordering period of five years for these specified supplies. 


The NAICS code is 323113 and the size standard is 500 employees.



Responses to this sources sought announcement will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition
decisions. All interested HUBZone, 8(a), Service Disabled Veteran Owned, Small Business contractors should submit a
narrative demonstrating their experience in the similar type contracts, as well as their technical capabilities. Please
include size/classification of your firm.
