This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format prescribed in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. All items below are brand name or equal. If quoting "or equal" items, please include all physical, functional and performance capabilities. This requirement is a 100% small business set-aside, NAICS 33318. 0001 - 1 each: UTO55 EO -Unimac 55lb Capacity Electric Tumbler, M Series, Micro OptiDri Moisture Sensor System 200-240v 1 phase 0002 - 1 each: UCN040X -Unimac 40lb Capacity Washer Optional 200G Extract, M30 processor 200-240v 1/3 phase 0003 - 1 each: Delivery and installation within 3' of utilities on Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, AK 99506 to include removal and disposal of existing washer and dryer. Firms that believe that they can provide similar required items must provide supporting evidence to the Contracting Officer. This announcement constitutes the only written notice. Basis for award will be the best value to the Government. In accordance with FAR 52.212-2, the Government will award a contract/purchase order resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following evaluation factors shall be used to evaluate offers: Technical (item specifications) and Price.
