Description: The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) has a requirement to replace the end of life UPS in all Radiation Detection Portals with a modern technology replacement meeting current security requirements and provide rapid servicing. Trade agreements: This requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), Canada-Chile Free Trade Agreement, Canada-Colombia Free Trade Agreement, Canada-Honduras Free Trade Agreement, Canada-Korea Free Trade Agreement and Canada-Panama Free Trade Agreement. Solicitation documents: The Notice of Proposed Procurement (NPP) and solicitation documents will be provide by email to all Arrangement Holders (E60HN-16ELEC) authorized for the region of delivery. (Ontario) This bid solicitation process is open only to suppliers holding a Supply Arrangement (SA) under the Request (RFSA) E60HN-16ELEC . If you wish to become a pre-qualified supplier under this RFSA, refer to E60HN-16ELEC for electrical and electronic products RFSA - Tender Notice | CanadaBuys Debriefings: Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within fifteen (15) working days from receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person. Security Requirements: There are no security requirements applicable to this requirement.
