This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 15-EBSA-OTI-NAT-0060 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). All firms or individuals responding must be registered on the System for Award Management (SAM) website, which can be found at http://www.sam.gov/. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-83. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS code is 811219 and the small business size standard is $20.5 Mil Dollars. This RFQ is issued under simplified acquisition procedures is for maintenance of Liebert 80kVA Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) for the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL), Employee Benefits Security Administration (EBSA), Office of Technology and information Services (OTIS). Place of Performance will be the U. S. Department of Labor, Employee Benefits Security Administration (EBSA). The Period of Performance will be approximately September 03, 2015 through September 02, 2016. The Contractor shall provide the U.S. Department of Labor, Employee Benefits Security Administration (EBSA) with 1 year of maintenance of Liebert 80kVA Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) IAW the attached SOW.
