Full Description
This is an Intent to Sole Source Notice. The U.S. Government currently intends to award a contract on a sole source basis to Static Power Conversion Services, Inc. for preventive and remedial maintenance of the Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) equipment and batteries installed throughout the Mt. Weather Emergency Operations Center (MWEOC) facility from 09-29-2026-09-28-2031.
The statutory authority for the sole source procurement is 10 U.S.C §2304(c)(1) as implemented in Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii), Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. Attached is the draft Statement of Work (SOW).
