AMENDMENT 0002 (5/15): The purpose of Amendment 0002 is to provide responses to questions asked. No other changes have been made to the solicitation.

AMENDMENT 0001 (5/13): The purpose of Amendment 0001 is to extend the solicitation till 5/25/2026 at 1700 EST. No other changes have been made to the solicitation.


This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.  Choose an item. are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. 


Solicitation number 12441926Q0028 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Interior and exterior renovation of an existing ranch style duplex. Including but not limited to the following: Roofing repairs and patching to metal roof. Window replacements. Door replacements. Cabinet replacements. Plumbing fixture replacement. Water softener replacements. Mechanical equipment replacement. Replacement panelboards, receptacles, switches cover plates, light fixtures, and smoke alarm systems. Drawings indicate locations of tasks but do not specifically indicate details of construction or incidental work required to accomplish those tasks. All work shall adhere to the most recent versions of the International Code Council Family of codes including Fire Code, Residential Code, Mechanical Code and the National Electric Code.
