REQUIREMENT: The U.S. Government is seeking to lease approximately 87,337 rentable square feet yielding a minimum of 75,980 ANSI/BOMA to a maximum of 79,780 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet of contiguous office and related space in Greensboro, NC within the following delineated area: DELINEATED AREA: North: New Garden Road South: West Vandalia Road East: Church Street West: Highway 68 REQUIRED: The following criteria shall apply to all space considered by the Government: - The space must be within the delineated area as noted above. - The space offered shall be in a modern, first class office building. - Contiguous space on multiple floors is acceptable. Approximately 3,384 square feet shall be located on the first floor. - The space shall have a designated loading area at building, if loading dock is not present. - Eighteen (18) reserved parking spaces shall be available for official government vehicles. On-site parking shall be in accordance with the local ordinance. - The site must be located outside the 100-year flood plain. All services, supplies, utilities, and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration.
