AI Contract Overview
The United States Postal Service has issued a Request for Information (RFI) to conduct market research for potential future acquisition strategies involving Design Build, Repair and Alteration, and Break-Fix projects. The primary goal is to identify qualified suppliers capable of performing small and medium-sized break-fix projects as needed. This RFI is strictly for market research purposes and does not constitute a formal solicitation for proposals, nor does it commit the USPS to any future contracts or payments for the costs incurred during the response process. Interested suppliers must submit a Letter of Interest in Adobe format to FFA-Supplierdata@usps.gov. The response is divided into two sections: the first requires detailed narratives regarding geographic service capabilities, quality assurance processes, safety approaches including Experience Modification Ratio documentation, and active construction licenses; the second requires yes or no answers regarding insurance, business licensing, years in operation, and DUNS number status. Suppliers are also encouraged to include a capabilities statement outlining their specific construction expertise and experience.
