The contract is for comprehensive training and technical assistance (T/TA) to support 67 University Centers for Excellence in Developmental Disabilities Education, Research and Service (UCEDDs) and 56 Assistive Technology Programs (AT Programs), managed by the Administration for Community Living under the Department of Health and Human Services.
