Sample Analysis Services – miRNA Ribosome Profiling and miRNA Mapping The eRibo Pro service will analyse the mRNAs that are expressed in the sample as well as tell you the level of translation of the proteins encoded in those mRNAs, in other words which messages (mRNA) are in the sample and how much protein there is from each message. The miR-eCLIP service will analyse which miRNAs bind to each message (mRNA) and where they bind (the sequence they bind) on the same sample as the eRibo Pro.
