The University is seeking Proponents offering services that encompass event management, show contracting, exhibit booths, floor plan design and implementation, exhibitor consultation, shipping services for exhibitors, draping, tables, linens, chairs, electrical and storage for the University’s event banners and signage. The University hosts four annual career fairs for students and alumni. Additionally, the Open House, the University’s largest recruitment event, which welcomes over 10,000 prospective students and their guests annually
