1.0 SCOPE AND CLASSIFICATION 1.1 Scope: This proposal is to provide the City of Columbus with a Universal Term Contract to purchase approximately 500,000 gallons annually of Unleaded Fuel for delivery to various City of Columbus fuel station locations and potential regional cooperative partners. The proposed contract will be in effect through September 30, 2027. 1.2 Classification: The successful bidder will provide, deliver and unload bulk quantities of Unleaded Fuel. Delivery locations require the successful bidder to deliver via both tank wagon and transport. Bidders are required to show experience in providing the type of product and service as detailed in these specifications. 1.2.1 Bidder Experience: The offeror must submit an outline of its experience and work history in this type of product and service for the past five years. 1.2.2 Bidder References: The offeror shall have documented proven successful contracts from at least four customers that the offeror supports that are similar in scope, complexity, and cost to the requirements of this specification. 1.3 Specification Questions: Questions regarding this bid must be submitted on the Vendor Services portal by 11:00 am Monday, May 12, 2025.
