1.0 SCOPE AND CLASSIFICATION 1.1 Scope: This proposal is to provide the City of Columbus with a Universal Term Contract to purchase approximately 500,000 gallons annually of Unleaded Fuel for delivery to various City of Columbus fuel station locations and potential regional cooperative partners. The proposed contract will be in effect through September 30, 2027. 1.2 Classification: The successful bidder will provide, deliver and unload bulk quantities of Unleaded Fuel. Delivery locations require the successful bidder to deliver via both tank wagon and transport.
