Unspecified Landscaping and Tree Planting Services

The City of Charlotte is seeking qualified firms to provide comprehensive landscape services including the installation of trees, shrubs, perennials, turf grass, mulch, and groundcover, as well as demolition, site preparation, and stump grinding. The work will support multiple city initiatives such as Neighborhood Tree Planting in rights-of-way, tree planting on private property through the Canopy Care program, stump grinding in public areas, Capital Improvement Program landscape installations, stormwater-related landscaping, and renovations to medians, green spaces, and city-owned facilities. Contractors must meet strict standards outlined in the City’s Landscape Construction Standards Manual, ensuring all materials and methods align with current municipal guidelines. The goal is to identify firms capable of delivering timely, high-quality, and cost-effective services across a broad range of public landscape projects.
