Upcoming RFP: On-Call Geotechnical Engineering, and Design-Related ServicesThis is an advance notification to inform firms of an upcoming RFP for on-call geotechnical engineering, and design-related services on an on-call or an as-needed basis.The selected experienced and qualified professional description firm(s) will be tasked to provide on-call geotechnical engineering, and design-related services. These services will be requested on an “as-requested” or “as-needed basis” to assist Valley Water in accomplishing its maintenance, rehabilitation and replacement projects in a timely manner. Valley Water may request services to be performed by the Consultant at any time during the term of this Agreement and by staff at different levels of experience and expertise. The requested tasks may involve investigations, analysis, evaluations, recommendations, QA/QC reviews, and design-related services to perform the requested tasks. Valley Water anticipates awarding agreements to one or more firms for a five (5) year term for an estimated aggregate not-to-exceed (NTE) total amount of $5,500,000. There is no guarantee of any amount of work that will be awarded to the selected firms. Upon publishing of the RFP on or before 3/15/2024 firms will be notified and can view and download the solicitation documents.
