Locations to Receive Services: The Contractor shall be responsible for maintaining approximately twenty two (22) acres of grounds divided between two locations 8 miles apart. For those that could not attend the site visit, aerial views are provided. Google Street and Global Views are also available.

Point Loma Senior Housing Quarters – Located at 2465 Cabrillo Rd. San Diego, CA 92106.
There are 3 homes, including a Lighthouse and ancillary buildings that are documented as historical landmarks built in 1892 and are on located on six (6) acres, three (3) acres of which are improved grounds. This location is located within the Cabrillo National Park grounds.
Commercial Services Override (FAR 12) FAR Part 12 Request for Offer (RFO) and FAR overhaul overrides all previous associated clauses related to commercial services within this contract.
Availability of Funds (FAR 52.232-18) Funding for this contract is subject to availability. Note: Current funding is only available through December; however, this contract and the associated pricing schedule are established for a full year of performance from September 2026 through September 2027.
Evaluation Criteria (FAR 52.212-2) Award will be made on a best-value trade-off basis. The Government will evaluate offers based on the following factors, listed in descending order of importance:
