Updated Master Solicitation for Commodity Procurements - International Programs (MSCP-I)

The Updated Master Solicitation for Commodity Procurements - International Programs (MSCP-I), solicitation number 12-3J14-Notice-26-002, is issued by the USDA Agricultural Marketing Service (AMS) Commodity Procurement Program.
