The Defense Contracting Command-Washington (DCC-W), on behalf of HQ Army Materiel Command, intends to award a sole source contract to the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Kenan-Flagler Business School, (CB 3445, Rizzo Center, Chapel Hill, NC 27599-3445) for the purchase of services to update the infrastructure of the Center of Excellence in Logistics and Technology (LOGTECH). This is a follow-on requirement. LOGTECH is a congressionally mandated program to educate DoD logistics leaders for the 21st Century. The contractor will update the research, curriculum development and program delivery necessary to maintain the level of excellence of the center and continue academic involvement in leading edge concepts and ideas in the world of b usiness, logistics and associated technologies.
