The contractor shall ensure all connectivity from the Instrument Manager to all analyzers is fully functional and bi-directional interface is operating properly and assist with Go-Live before exiting premises. The contractor shall provide documentation authorized to maintenance Data Innovations LLC products. Contractor Shall provide continued support through contract period through use of portal, email or phone (Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm CST) This solicitation will result in a firm fixed price purchase order pursuant to the terms and conditions below.
