This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2005-44 and DFARS Changes Notice 20100713. It is the contractor's responsibility to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The Naval Oceanographic Office, Stennis Space Center, MS, intends to issue a sole source fixed price purchase order to Stratasys Inc. pursuant to FAR 6.302-1. The requirement is to upgrade NAVOCEANO's existing Fortus 400mc Fused Deposition Modeler (FDM) to allow printing of both translucent ABSi materials and electrostatic dissipative ABS (ABS-ESD7) and extend the existing equipment maintenance for two years of coverage and consumables for normal machine operation and material canisters for a variety of thermoplastics. Delivery is required 30 days after receipt of the order. FOB Destination to Naval Oceanographic Office, Stennis Space Center, MS.
