This is a Synopsis for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures FAR 13.5, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations/offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2022-04. The solicitation number is N6824622Q0021 and being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This is a competitive 100% Small Business Set-Aside for Upgrading Existing Lucker Weight Test Machine onboard USS Emory S. Land located in Guam. See Statement of Work (SOW). The NAICS code is 541380 with the size standard of $16.5M. This requirement is a Firm Fixed Priced contract. Pricing must be Fixed Price for the entirety of services quoted. Please see attached document N6824622Q0021 for provisions and clauses are applicable to this solicitation. Offers are due at 12:00 PM Eastern Time (United States), on 18 March 2022, via email to contact@example.gov. Questions are due prior to deadline date and must be submitted in writing via email. Questions that occur after the cut off, but are considered to be significant to the requirement, will be accepted and discussed only with those vendors that have submitted a quote. INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS: Submit quotes by email to contact@example.gov no later than the specified date and time. The offeror bears the risk of non- receipt of any email transmissions and should ensure that all pages of the quote have been received by the designated office before the deadline indicated.
