The vendor shall provide un-installation of outdated equipment
and installation of brand-new items according to acceptable standards. Contractor
shall provide Uninterruptible Power and Cooling Distribution Unit replacement/
installation and a Site Lead/Project Manager to provide the following critical tasks to
support to the WYANG per the PWS.
• 5.3.3 Capture existing cooling fluid/Re-fill system with cooling fluid.
• 5.3.4 Demo existing piping
• 5.3.5 Run new Pex piping to the in-row coolers.
• 5.3.6 Furnish & install new 350A shut Trip Breaker with nema-1 Enclosure.
Tie existing EPO into new Shunt Trip breaker.
• 5.3.7 Existing 3” Feeder conduit & wire fed from MDP will be shutdown &
locked out. Intercept existing Feeder to line side of new 350A Shunt Trip
Breaker/Enclosure. Install Load side Feeder conduit & wire from new Shunt
Trip Breaker to new UPS.
• 5.3.8 Demo existing UPS, remove from Data Center, Dispose/recycle old
UPS.
• 5.3.9 Install Power Modules and Battery Cabinets
• 5.3.10 Assume the existing structural integrity of raised floor is sufficient to
move old UPS across floor & new UPS installed at old UPS location. All
raised floor modifications by others.
