Full Description

The project is limited to two encroachments for the installation of culverts at two recently decommissioned stream crossings. Work for these encroachments will include excavation, installation of new properly sized culverts, backfilling and compaction of fill, and rock armoring as necessary to minimize erosion (Project). Pursuant to Fish and Game Code sections 1602 and 1603, the California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) issued a streambed alteration agreement (EPIMS Notification No. EPIMS-HUM-68512-R1C) for the Project.
