URGENT SCADA Call Outs

This is an Urgent combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 8309r1221102 and this solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for 1 JOB - SCADA systems in San Diego, CA and Nogales, AZ maintenance and emergency call-out in accordance with the attached Scope of Work for period 9/28/18 thru 9/27/19. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 05-95. This solicitation is Small Business Set Aside. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 423430 - Computer and Computer Peripheral Equipment and Software Merchant Wholesalers. The US International Boundary & Water Commission is requesting Emergency Call Out SCADA Systems as per Scope of Work attached. Items shall be quoted ALL or NONE as per attached document in the same order listed. Refer to attached Scope of Work to include dates and places of delivery, acceptance and FOB point. The FOB Destination shall be the El Paso, TX HQ. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible Offeror based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. Quotes shall be good for 90 days.
