Full Description

The purpose of this contract is to cut down hazard trees along designated roads on the Western Divide Ranger District of the Sequoia National Forest. These roads are to be serviced as follows: 20S79, 20S98, 21S50 between Highway 190 and the intersection with 21S50D, 21S50D, and 21S99A. The Contractor shall provide everything necessary to complete this project - including but not limited to all equipment, supplies, labor, transportation, and supervision- except for items that the contract clearly states are to be furnished by the Government. The desired end result for this project is to remove the threat of hazardous trees to public safety. The Contractor shall achieve this objective by cutting down trees, bucking and limbing the cut trees so they lie safely on the ground.
