Assurance Development, T-Mobile is seeking a Major Use Permit to construct a 150-foot monopine cell tower designed to resemble a pine tree in North Lakeport, California, with an additional 10-foot lightning rod. The tower will support up to 18 anchor antennas and a microwave antenna, along with two ground-mounted radio cabinets and space for future co-location by other wireless providers, with additional cabinets planned as tenants join the site.
