*Solicitation Period has been extended to November 19th, 2019 due to the security situation in Haiti. This solicitation is for Gardening and Ground Maintenance Services at the US Embassy in Port au Prince, Haiti. The anticipated performance period for this contract is one base year with four one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a quotation. The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror, the Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract. The Government is planning a pre-quotation conference on October 15th, 2019 at 9 AM at the US Embassy in Port au Prince, Haiti. Interested parties must contact Jerry Etienne at EtienneJL@State.Gov to arrange entry to the compound in advance. All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7.
