East: From the intersection of Hasell and Washington Streets, south on Washington Street one block and east on Pritchard Street to the intersection of Pritchard Street and Concord Street, follow Concord Street in a southerly direction to North Adgers Wharf, traverse one block west on North Adgers Wharf to East Bay Street, and travel south on East Bay Street, East Bay Street converts to East Battery Street, continue south on East Battery Street to Murray Boulevard.
