US Government Seeks Expressions of Interest in Parker, Colorado and surrounding areas REQUIREMENT The Government currently occupies, 15,300 rentable square feet, 13,531 ANSI BOMA square feet of office space located at 115690 Parkerhouse Road, Parker, Colorado, in a lease that will be expiring in 2016. The government requires office and related space yielding a minimum of 13,000 ANSI/BOMA office area (ABOA) square feet, and a Maximum of 15,500 ABOA Square feet. The lease term is for ten (10) years - five (5) years firm and the space must be available for occupancy by August 1, 2016. Note: Need approximately 3,500 RSF office area and 10,000 RSF for warehouse/garage/ storage area. Locations delineated area comprises Parker, Centennial, Greenwood Village, Highlands Ranch, Lone Tree, Stone gate, Castle Rock, Cottonwood - Colorado areas. DELINEATED AREA: North of Hampden South of East E Wolfensburger Road. East So Parker Road West of Sante Fe Drive (highway 85) Broadway The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternate space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunications infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime. REQUIRED: ALL OF THE INFORMATION BELOW MUST BE SUBMITTED WITH THE EXPRESSION OF INTEREST TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS REQUIREMENT: All services, supplies, utilities, and required tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental rate.
