Acquire one complete, Government-owned 10-foot by 30-foot modular trade-show exhibit for United States Air Force Band outreach and recruiting activities. The acquisition includes project management, design, engineering, a collapsible aluminum or equivalent lightweight metal structure, replaceable SEG or equivalent fabric graphics, a centrally positioned digital display system comparable to a commercial 75-inch-class display, custom reception furniture with lockable storage and integrated lighting, cable management, durable shipping crates/cases, full staging and acceptance testing, training, documentation, warranty support, and delivery to Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling or another designated National Capital Region location. The anticipated sustainment life is at least seven years, with follow-on needs potentially limited to graphics refreshes, standard digital display replacement or maintenance, and exhibit reconfiguration. 
 The critical performance requirements are: 
•One reusable 10-foot by 30-foot exhibit with a modular, collapsible aluminum or equivalent lightweight metal primary structure; no primarywood wall framing.
•Minimum anticipated service life of seven years under repeated commercial freight, assembly, dismantling, and storage.
•Centrally positioned digital display system with a visible image area comparable to a commercial 75-inch-class display and sufficientresolution, brightness, contrast, refresh performance, and viewing angles for clear close-range viewing in an indoor conventionenvironment.
•Complete digital display system package, including the display device, structural mount and mounting hardware, power and signalconnectivity, required adapters or control accessories, manufacturer data, training, and warranty. Any separate playback device, software,or license required for operation shall be included or clearly identified as a separately priced option.
•Replaceable SEG or equivalent tension-fabric graphics using Government-furnished Air Force branding and imagery.
•Reception/recruiting counter with lockable storage, durable work surface, integrated lighting, and concealed cable management.
•Transportation design objective of no more than three shipping crates or comparable shipping units, with all dimensions, loaded weights,and total cubic volume disclosed.
•Assembly design objective of no more than four trained personnel within eight labor hours, excluding venue-mandated specialty labor.
•Full contractor-facility staging, Government inspection, correction of deficiencies, personnel training, packing plan, inventory, manuals,and delivery no later than 30 November 2026.
•Warranty, replacement-part availability, and nationwide support sufficient to sustain recurring convention use.
