Full Description

** Solicitation Extended to 24 April 2018** Barge Lease Delivery Date 15 June 2018. **The Contractor shall use only a US flag vessel for this requirement.** The Contractor shall provide all equipment, materials, vehicles, managerial, administrative, and direct labor personnel to accomplish the work in this contract. Contractor employees shall be on site only for contractual duties and not for any other purposes. The intent of this contract is to provide the delivery, lease and pick up of a barge to Kwajalein Atoll, Republic of Marshall Islands for a one hundred twenty (120) day lease with the potential of two (2), one (1) month option periods not to exceed one hundred and eighty (180) days. There is no incumbent contractor for this requirement. The Government will lease an Ocean Deck Barge with raked bow and ramp in compliance with current American Bureau of Shipping (ABS), Bureau Veritas, or other industry recognized vessel certification accepted by the United States Coast Guard. Please see attached SOW for more information.
