Full Description

The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) Cambodia, intends to make a sole source award to the incumbent Global Fund Liaison Advisor (GFLA), to provide support to the inter-agency President's Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR) program, under an offshore U.S. personal services contract. The period of performance will be from September 23, 2017 to o/a September 22, 2018, in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. The GLFA is the Mission's principal advisor and coordinator of USG linkages with Global Fund activities, including the country coordination mechanism (CM) secretariat, technical working groups, and principle recipients, to inform CCM participation. They provide program management, coordination and related advisory functions, as well as program monitoring and reporting.
