USAID intends to issue a solicitation for a Personal Services Contract (PSC) for the position, Senior Metrics Advisor, at the GS-14 equivalent level for USAID's Bureau for Democracy, Human Rights, and Governance (DRG), Policy, Learning, and Integration (PLI) Office, Evidence and Learning (E&L) Team.
