USCG 12 Cell Absolyte Battery Kits

The United States Coast Guard is soliciting six units of the brand-name Absolyte Battery Kit (12 Cell), NSN 6140-01-627-6177, part number 100G17, under a combined synopsis/solicitation issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) numbered 2126406B4200RA007. This acquisition is strictly a brand-name requirement with no substitutions permitted, and the kits are intended to provide secondary backup power for Rescue21 communications equipment at Remote Fixed Facilities in Alaska. The requirement is set aside exclusively for small businesses, with vendors required to be certified as small through SAM.gov at the time of submission and award. Offers must include a complete cost breakdown, unit and extended prices, payment terms, and any applicable prompt payment discounts, and must be submitted electronically via email to the Contracting Officer and Contract Specialist no later than 11:00 AM ET on July 16, 2026. The delivery must be made to TFSI in Anchorage, Alaska, by September 30, 2026, with all shipments required to comply with the DCMA Packaging and Marking Guide, including mandatory markings such as NSN, CAGE code, part number, nomenclature, quantity, contract number, and proper hazardous materials labeling per applicable modal regulations.
