Compliance with the Buy American Act and its trade agreement exceptions is required, and all proposals must include two points of contact with full details. Responses are due by July 30, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. Alaska time, and all inquiries must be submitted in writing by July 16, 2026, to the designated point of contact.
