USCIS has a requirement for Customer Service Accounts and Integration (CSAI) with the objective to obtain professional IT services for the USCIS Office of Information Technology (OIT) Office of Chief Information Officer (CIO) to operationalize the integrated online account experience to enhance customer service and interaction with the public seeking benefits adjudicated by USCIS. This is a follow-on contract to the existing CSAI contract and provides for implementing the next phases of our requirement
