The United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), under the Department of Homeland Security, will host its Fourth Quarter Engagement with Industry for Fiscal Year 2026 on July 28, 2026, beginning at 1:00 p.m. Eastern Time. This event is designed to facilitate direct dialogue between USCIS and industry partners regarding current and future procurement priorities, with the focus on providing up-to-date information on upcoming acquisition needs. Participation is open to vendors who must self-register via a Microsoft Teams link, and all attendees will be muted upon entry with video disabled. The session will be recorded and published afterward on USCIS’s YouTube channel. Strict rules prohibit the use of any commercial AI tools, third-party bots, or unidentified participants such as “Name Notetaker” or “Name.ai”; only registered individuals may attend. Questions may be submitted in advance via email to USCIS_Vendoroutreach@uscis.dhs.gov by 3:00 p.m. ET on July 20, 2026, and must include the relevant slide or APFS number for proper tracking. Live Q&A will be limited to the specific subdivision being presented, with unanswered questions collected and addressed post-event. Presentation slides will be updated on July 14, 2026, with final versions posted by the event date. The fiscal year 2027 quarterly engagement schedule is also provided for awareness, with future calls scheduled for October 2026, January 2027, April 2027, and July 2027. Procuring Contracting Officers with direct contact information are listed, and while no formal evaluation factors, packaging specifications, payment office details, or invoicing systems are outlined, the FAR clause 52.217-8 for Option to Extend Services is anticipated for use in related contracts. Security clearances are required for personnel supporting cybersecurity, fraud detection, and national security functions, and key roles such as ISSOs, DevSecOps engineers, and financial analysts are critical to supported contracts. The format of the call will remain the same. We will accept questions during the event and will answer those questions as best we can live. We encourage questions to be provided in advance. We have arranged the requirements by subdivisions. The presenter will present the subdivision’s requirements. We will then answer questions related to only those subdivision’s requirements. Once that subdivision requirements have been briefed, no further questions will be answered live. USCIS will collect all questions and provide a response post-call to an update to this announcement, along with the recording.

USCIS is committed to providing industry with accurate and up-to-date procurement information. We continue to listen to the feedback from industry about these calls and have adjusted the calls format to better engage with industry. We strongly encourage industry to submit questions in advance so that we can properly provide you with the most accurate and timely answers. Please include the slide/APFS number when submitting your questions.
