RFP Amendment A0006 The purpose of this amendment is to provide an updated Wage Determination AK20220001 dated March 18, 2022. The closing date and time of this RFP remain unchanged as Friday, March 25, 2022 at 2:00 PM PDT. All other terms and conditions of this RFP remain unchanged. The purpose of this amendment is to the followings. 1) Extend the RFP Due from Friday, March 18, 2022 at 2:00 PM PDT to Friday, March 25, 2022 at 2:00 PM PDT. 2) Provide a Revised Statement of Work Rev 3. 3) Provide a complete revised Door Hardware Schedule. B. GSA is currently working on the Door Schedule and the Updated Door Schedule will be provided by future Amendment. C. According to the Executive Order 14026 (Increasing the Minimum Wage for Federal Contractors), the FAR clause, 52.222-55 Minimum Wages for Contractor Workers Under Executive Order 14026 will be incorporated into the Contract. Fitzgerald U.S. Courthouse 222 W. 7Th Avenue Anchorage, AK 99513 The attached Solicitation provides additional instructions for Site Visit Registration. This procurement will be advertised under North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code 236220 - Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. The small business size standard for NAICS code 236220 is $39.5M in average annual receipts over the past three (3) years. General Information The U.S. Federal Building & James M. Fitzgerald U.S. Courthouse is located at 222 W. 7Th Avenue Anchorage, AK 99513. Scope Summary United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) is currently located in the Michael Building in Anchorage. This construction project will build out space in the AFB in order for the agency to relocate before the current lease expires. USCIS will occupy approximately 5100 square feet on the 1st floor of the AFB. The construction scope will include but is not limited to HVAC, electrical, fire/life/safety, telecom, information technology, ceiling components, lighting and structural improvements. It includes demolition and construction of new walls, doors, lights, switches, outlets, casework, offices, a network room, and sound attenuation. Responses Upon receipt of Solicitation Package, Interested Vendors shall complete and sign, CUI Agreement Exhibit 0 and return with attachments to Contract Specialist, jong.kim@gsa.gov and Contracting Officer, thupten.tsering@gsa.gov .
