This contract, solicitation number AG-6424-Q-12-0025, is for carpeting, lighting, and painting services for the USDA NRCS in Elsberry, Missouri. Under NAICS code 238990, the project involves facility improvements, with specific technical requirements for lighting installations. Because the City of Elsberry lacks an official building electrical code, all electrical work must be performed in accordance with NEC, ANSI/NFPA, OSHA, and manufacturer recommendations to ensure safety and cost-effectiveness. Amendment 0001 updated the statement of work regarding these electrical standards and extended the response deadline to September 7, 2012. The procurement was managed by Contracting Officer Bryan A. Thomas and Administrative Assistant Carl R. Wallace. All other original solicitation terms and conditions remained unchanged following the amendment.
