The General Services Administration (GSA) Southeast Sunbelt Region 4 announces the opportunity for a Request for Proposal to provide design and construction services for the USDA-NRCS at 355 E. Hancock Avenue Athens, GA. The General Contractor will provide selective modifications, patching and repairs, as needed, to renovate this office interior including partition walls, carpet, acoustic ceiling, light fixtures and paint. This procurement will be set-aside for Total Small Business. The estimated project magnitude is between $170,000 & $174,000.00. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this requirement is, 236220 -- Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. The Period of Performance for this project is 90 calendar days. This project is to be awarded as a firm fixed price contract. The procurement method will be a competitive Request for Proposal (RFP). Award will be made to a firm offering the best value to the Government utilizing the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source selection procedures.
