The Request for Quote (RFQ) and all applicable documents for the USDA STRATUS Cloud Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) Pool 2: Integration and Development have been posted/uploaded to SAM.gov. Please note the following dates: Questions Due Date: 5:00pm ET on October 5, 2023 Quote Due Date: 5:00pm ET on October 16, 2023 DESCRIPTION OF WORK PROPOSED The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) seeks to establish STRATUS Pool 2 BOAs to obtain integration and development services including managed services. The Contractor shall perform all activities required to meet the requirements identified in the Statement of Objectives. The period of performance will consist of an initial ordering period of 10 years from date of BOA issuance. The performance period for all orders placed against this BOA shall not exceed five (5) years from the completion of the ordering period. REQUEST FOR QUOTE The Government anticipates executing approximately 25 BOAs to a mix of large (Unrestricted) and small business (Restricted). The Government anticipates the award of 5 Unrestricted agreements and 20 Restricted agreements. The Government reserves the right to award fewer or more BOAs. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 541512 (size standard $34M). Quotes shall be submitted in accordance with the RFQ requirements and submitted by the date indicated in this announcement.
