Used Wheel Loader Package

NOTICE OF INVITATION TO BID   Sealed bids will be received until Monday, August 17, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. (CST) at the Livingston Parish Purchasing Office, 2nd Floor of the Livingston Parish Health Unit, 29261 South Frost Road, Livingston, LA 70754 (Mailing: PO Box 427, Livingston, LA 70754). Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud in the 2nd floor conference room.   USED WHEEL LOADER PACKAGE   The Parish seeks bids for one (1) complete Used Wheel Loader Package meeting or exceeding the attached technical specifications.   Bid Requirements: This is a complete package bid. Partial bids, component-only bids, or separate bids for individual components will not be accepted. Livingston Parish reserves the right to determine whether proposed equipment meets or exceeds the minimum requirements of the specifications and whether a bid is responsive. To be considered responsive, the bidder must have, or provide access to, an authorized manufacturer-approved repair facility located within fifty (50) miles of Livingston Parish Public Works for warranty and repair services. All freight charges must be included in the bid price. Bids must be quoted F.O.B. Delivered. Award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder meeting the specifications, subject to Livingston Parish Council approval. Delivery Requirements: Delivery must be made within 30 working days of purchase order issuance. Failure to deliver on time will result in cancellation of the order and award to the next lowest responsive bidder.  Bid Documents: Complete bid documents, technical specifications, addenda, and electronic bidding are available through Central Auction House and may also be obtained from the Livingston Parish Purchasing Office during normal business hours.   The Parish of Livingston reserves the right to reject any bid for just cause, including if the bidder is not in good standing with the Louisiana Secretary of State or not authorized to do business in Louisiana.
