USFS R6 Drinking Water System PFAS Sampling and Analysis

The USDA Forest Service Region 6 is soliciting professional laboratory services for Per- and Polyfluoroalkyl Substances PFAS drinking water analysis for 75 non-public or public transient drinking water systems. This small business set-aside under NAICS 541380 is a firm fixed-price contract requiring the selected laboratory to be certified in Oregon or Washington and utilize EPA Methods 533, 537.1, or 537. The contractor is responsible for providing all necessary sample containers, coolers, cold packs, technical instructions, and pre-paid return shipping labels to various remote points of contact, though no sample gathering labor is required. Deliverables include the shipping of materials, the analysis of 75 samples plus QA/QC trip blanks, and the submission of a final consolidated results table in Excel format.
