The company will provide comprehensive IT application support services to ensure continuous, reliable, and secure operation of the college campus’s enterprise applications. These services include 24/7 incident and problem management to quickly identify and resolve application issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring seamless access for faculty, staff, and students. synergy will manage application performance monitoring, tuning, patching, and updates, aligned with the college’s change control policies, to optimize system responsiveness and maintain stability. User helpdesk support and training will also be delivered to assist campus users with application-related inquiries, promoting high adoption and effective utilization of critical software systems. In addition to day-to-day operational support, the vendor will need to maintain application security and compliance by managing access controls, conducting regular vulnerability assessments, and ensuring adherence to institutional and regulatory requirements. Through proactive monitoring, detailed reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives, the vendor will help the college sustain high levels of application availability, scalability, and performance to support its academic and administrative missions. all services will be executed collaboratively with campus IT staff with regular communication, documentation, and service level agreements to ensure alignment with the college’s strategic technology goals.
