The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) has awarded a firm-fixed price FAR Part 12 contract to European Aeronautic Defense and Space (EADS) North America Defense Company for Performance Based Logistics (PBL) and pilot training for five H-72A helicopters located at NAS Patuxent River, MD Test Pilot School.
