This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supplies prepared in accordance with the


format in FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is N0018926QL422 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. No solicitation or RFQ will be forthcoming.



The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-05. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334310 with a small business size standard of


750 employees. The Product Service Code is 5965. The anticipated award date is no later than 30 September 2026.



The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk Contracting Department, Norfolk, VA 23511-3392, intends to award, on a sole source basis, a contract to ISP Technologies, LLC for replacement and repair services of the Alumni Hall speaker system at the United States Naval Academy per the attached Redacted Justification and Approval for use of Other Than Full and Open Competition. As a result, this requirement will not be set aside for small business concerns. The activity’s small business office concurs with this determination.



This requirement is for repair services for 18 HDL 4210 speaker cabinets, including replacement of all necessary components, new amplifier modules, and power supplies. Purchase of 6 new speakers to allow for removal and shipment of the old units to the manufacturer for refurbishment and their return. Tuning of the audio system at the completion of speaker refurbishment, including digital signal processor programming.



The delivery date is 30 September 2026.



FAR provision and clauses applicable to this procurement are included as an attachment.
