This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. THIS MEANS AN SF-1449 WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Solicitation 15B61820Q00000007 is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-03. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this requirement is 811310. This requirement is for various fire inspection/maintenance services for the United States Penitentiary Atwater during the fiscal year 2020 (October 1, 2019 - September 30, 2020). The basis for award will be best value to the Government. Quotes will be evaluated considering past performance and price. Responsible offerors shall incorporate shipping costs and any other internal processing costs into their bid price. Order will be awarded on a firm-fixed price purchase order and paid electronically once service has been completed and proper invoice has been received. See the attachment for the full list of provisions and clauses that apply to this acquisition. Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items, with this offer. Bids are due by email to tluitwieler@bop.gov no later than Friday, August 23, 2019 at 12:00 p.m. PST. Services will be performed on-site at 1 Federal Way, Atwater, CA 95301 on scheduled dates of service.
