This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. THIS MEANS AN SF-1449 WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Solicitation 15B61819Q00000015 is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-02. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this requirement is 315220. The solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business. The small business size standard for this NAICS code is 1-750 employees. All responsible small businesses may submit a quote which may be considered. The basis for award will be best value to the Government. Quotes will be evaluated considering technical specifications and price. Responsible offerors shall incorporate shipping costs and any other internal processing costs into their bid price. Order will be awarded on a firm-fixed price purchase order.
