This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial services prepared in accordance with the information in FAR 13.106-l(b) (1), using Simplified Acquisition Procedures under FAR 13 as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. The RFQ number is N0018924Q0024. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2005-94. (effective 19 Jan 2017). and DFARS Publication Notice 20161222 (effective 22 Dec 2016). It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The NAICS code is 532289 and the Small Business Standard is $12.5 Million. The proposed contract action is for commercial supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and award a single Firm-Fixed-Price contract. This requirement is set aside for Small Businesses only. Only Small Businesses are eligible for this requirement. All bids, proposals, or quotations received by the closing response date will be considered by the Government. The Naval Supply Systems Command Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing return to homeport services in support of the USS GERALD R. FORD (CVN-78) from 0800 EST 30 November 2023 through 1800 EST 03 December 2023. Contractor will provide delivery, set-up, and take down of various supplies and services requested to support the ship's return to homeport. Please see the attachment titled - Supply List for the required items and services. The Delivery date is 30 November 2023. Delivery Location is Pier 11, Naval Station Norfolk.
