Full Description

55 CONS/LGCZ, Offutt AFB, NE intends to award a one year contract to Environmental Systems Research Institute (ESRI), Inc. on a sole source basis under authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) (1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The contractor shall provide software, technical support, and consulting services for USSTRATCOM/J2. This scope will cover the period from 25 Sep 2015 through 24 Sep 2016. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice is neither a request for a competitive proposal nor a solicitation for offerors. A determination by the government to not complete this requirement is based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to meet the requirement. The Government will consider information received solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future. This notice does not indicate a Government commitment.
